I have always been very happy with our experience with MCM. We have always dealt with Jill. At the time Sarah and I were buying our first house and I can’t help but feel we really had no business being approved but somehow Jill got us into our first home in 2007.

Always having that appreciation for helping us out we never looked else where during renewal times. I know we are only one small client but felt loyalty to Jill and her team was a way we could say thank you for helping us out back in 07.

The experience with Jill has always easy, straight forward and honest. So much so I had no issue referring my sister to Jill during her home buying process. Again, everyone seems to have “a mortgage person”, so referring folks is sometimes difficult, however when my sister and I have needed help, advice, or renewals Jill was always easy to get ahold of, provided insight and delivered with competitive rates.

I can boil it down to 3 things.

She helped Sarah and I get into our first mortgage, and I believe she pulled some strings for 2 newly graduated married’s going into our first jobs….that has never been forgotten.
she helped my sister get into her first mortgage at a time when my sisters personal life was a little upside down….
i have always been able to get a hold of and speak with Jill directly. For me, that is a big deal.
For those 3 reasons I never went to another broker, never asked around, never shopped.
